Touchscreen Smart Gloves? There is such a thing??
So today, as I was just searching for random stuff over the Internet, I came across an article about "Smart Gloves", which are gloves created specifically for users with Iphone or Android Phones. Isn't that cool?
I mean, when its cold outside, you wear gloves right? Well, we all know that its impossible to use our touch phone screen with some gloves on. It's like searching for a dime in your pocket with gloves on?! ;-)
So I googled "Touchscreen smart gloves" and came across the http://www.itglove.com/ website where they go into more details about their gloves and how cute they look! They have various colors available of the gloves and I would seriously consider buying some of those if I knew they existed.
As the website explains, it seems those cool gloves are integrated with a "CTT (Cold Touch Technology)" and work wonders when trying to text or use your smart phone outside. It appears they had extensive testing of these gloves over a period of 2 years with various people spending time outside with their phone while using the gloves.
There are gloves of every color, which would definitely satisfy all the tastes in this household. Great job, I may just order one for myself but winter is almost over here..... or so I'm hoping!
What will they come up next? Were you aware these were available?

Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!
So, what are your thoughts on Valentine's day? Some think its overrate but still participate anyways while for others, its a regular day. I'm sure some people probably get through the day without even realizing its Valentines, however it would be hard to avoid knowing what February 14 stands for.
Well, We've taken the chance to celebrate Valentines this past weekend. Our daughter was sent away for a sleepover and we just enjoyed some one-on-one time together where I cooked an AMAZING (if I do say so myself) supper with all the fixings, wine, chocolate covered strawberries etc..
So today, to say the least, we aren't really celebrating Valentine's Day but I am going to get a little something ready for him...
It is our 10 year Wedding Anniversary tomorrow too so we usually just combine everything together, however we are planning a special trip somewhere warm to celebrate this special event.
I did want to share this with everyone. I stumbled upon this website while searching for little thoughtful gesture that I could do for my hubby on Valentines. There are little coupons that you can print or make your own, which you can subsequently print as well or even forward them via email to your special someone.
I suggest you print them out, do a little punch hole in the corner & attach them together with a nice ribbon.
Have fun today with your loved ones & cherish every minute. I sent little cookies and valentine candies for my daughter today at school. The cookies were a surprise so I'm hoping she'll be excited when she sees them at school today.
OK, as promised, here is the link:

Swagbucks newbie...
Well I caved in and finally decided to join "Swagbucks". From what I see, it's one of these sites that works really well with a bit of time & Patience and with the help of other "swagbuck experts".
If ever someone is interested in joining, you can do so by following the following link:
http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/smlsleblanc
You earn points by doing online activities, search, survey, watching videos (quick & educational), games etc... It seems pretty simple. You don't get a whole lot of points overnight but I've given myself a goal of buying myself an e-reader for free.
So, do I have alot of work on my plate? I sure do as I have alot of goals with these point sites and do plan on using my blog more extensively throughout the next few months. ;)
I will surely add on and create more info on Swagbucks as I go along.

My new contest Addiction!
Thought I would share this link as it's my new contest addiction game. ;) It's like playing McDonald's version of Monopoly. I know I haven't been the most exciting or creative blogger so far out there but I do plan on changing that soon hopefully.... whenever time presents itself.
With Christmas around the corner, the travel work has required of me, tight deadline at work, and studies, it appears I need to make time to do this too. I've also been doing alot of research on "how to be a blogger" and it's definitely interesting and alot of opportunities do exist.
So now.... what I was here to do, which was to share the link with you for a contest through Dell. I know this is open to Canadian residents but not certain if it's available for US. I've been really busy playing. ;-)
Good luck to all!! Here's the link:

The New & Improved Kindle
Before starting this, I'd like to advise everyone that I am a BzzAgent where I am sometimes get to try out products for free in exchange for my honest review of them.
The upcoming campaign is for the Kindle 3 for which I would REALLY like to try. A few weeks ago, I had purchased myself a touchpad and immediately downloaded the Kindle application and was really excited to finally get an ereader. The main reason for the purchase of the touchpad was to be able to use it as a Kindle. However, a few days after purchased, I learned the company would eventually drop out of the Kindle application and therefore, I returned the Touchpad at the store. I was quite disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to use the Kindle, especially since I had purchased a book for it, which I didn't even get a chance to read it. The day I purchased the ebook, is the day I learned I was going to return the Touchpad.
So I'm back to shopping, researching, and wishing for a Kindle. I've taken up reading lately and I have a TON of books at home. I don't like being disorganize or feel clutter around me and these books everywhere are now being stored in boxes in my closet. Wouldn't it be nice to have a Kindle to organize my life.
I also love to travel and having the use of Kindle would really help with the packing and accessing of my favorite books.
I am also returning to University and I thought I had seen the possibility of getting ebooks through the University.
The Kindle 3 is ingeniously designed to be everything the iPad will never be: small, light and inexpensive… Now, the Kindle is almost ridiculously lightweight; at 8.5 ounces, it’s a third the weight of the iPad.
And with a wi-fi connection you’re just seconds away from close to a million books. It’s like having access to an entire library from the comforts of your couch.
Which book will you read first off your kindle?
Do you have a Kindle? Would you like to share your thoughts/opinion on it?
Please pick me for the Kindle and I will gladly test it out to its full capacity, will write blogs, tweet, share my comments on facebook, as well with family & friends.
I haven't figured out how to include pictures on this but I will definitely give it a try. With all these books, wouldn't a Kindle help?!? ;-)
I need organization in my life and a Kindle would help me! I'm a "techy" type of person who loves new gadget and technology. I bet I would be a perfect to try out the new kindle.
